App: Pulse (the “App”)
1. Overview
Pulse offers a subscription-based service that provides users with unlimited chat and interaction features with their AI companion.
By starting a free trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
2. Subscription Plans
We currently offer the following subscription:
Free Trial: ₹5 (one-time)
Paid Plan: ₹99 per month
Billing Method: UPI Autopay via Razorpay
The free trial allows you to experience the full benefits of the subscription before recurring billing begins.
3. Free Trial
The ₹5 free trial is a one-time introductory offer.
After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at ₹99 per month via Razorpay UPI Autopay unless cancelled.
The free trial is limited to one per user/account.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free trial offer at any time.
4. Subscription Benefits
An active subscription gives you access to:
Unlimited chat messages
Unlimited voice interactions (where applicable)
Access to premium companion features
Any additional subscriber-only features introduced in the future
Features may change or improve over time.
5. Billing and Payments
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, including UPI Autopay mandates.
By subscribing, you authorize Razorpay to automatically debit ₹99 every month from your selected UPI account until cancellation.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle.
Payment success, failures, retries, and mandate handling are governed by Razorpay and UPI network rules.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:
The Pulse app, or
Your UPI app / bank mandate management (Razorpay Autopay)
Cancellation will stop future billing.
No refunds are provided for the current or past billing periods.
You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the active billing cycle.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Any refunds are subject to Razorpay’s refund policies and UPI guidelines.
Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or abuse of the payment system may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the subscription if:
Payments are reversed, disputed fraudulently, or abused
There is misuse of the subscription or automated/exploitative behavior
The account violates community, legal, or payment policies
In such cases, access may be revoked without refund.
9. Changes to Subscription Plans
We may update subscription pricing, benefits, or billing terms at any time.
Changes will apply to future billing cycles. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
