1. Overview

Our App offers a virtual in-app currency called “Coins”, which users can purchase, earn, or redeem to access features such as additional chat messages, voice interactions, or premium companion modes.
By purchasing or using Coins, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Coins

• Coins are a virtual token for in-app use only.

• Coins do not represent real-world money and have no monetary value outside the App.

• Coins cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to cash, cryptocurrency, or any other currency.

• We reserve the right to change how Coins are earned, priced, or used at any time.

3. Earning and Purchasing Coins

• You may earn free Coins through promotions, referrals, or in-app actions such as watching ads or completing tasks.

• You may also purchase Coins using real currency via app-store payment gateways (Google Play / Apple App Store).

• All purchases are handled by the respective store and are subject to their payment terms.

Important:
Once a Coin purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or reversed, except as required by applicable law or the app-store refund policy.

4. Use of Coins

• Coins can be redeemed for specific in-app features (e.g., AI chats, voice messages, premium access).

• Each feature has a set Coin value that may change over time.

• Coins expire or reset if required for system integrity (e.g., fraudulent activity, account misuse).

• Unused Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated due to policy violations.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

• Purchases made through app stores are final and subject to Google / Apple refund policies.

• Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of refunds may result in account suspension.

• We are not responsible for banking or payment-processor delays.

6. Promotions and Bonus Coins

• Bonus or free Coins provided as part of events, referrals, or sign-up offers have no cash equivalent and may expire after the promotional period.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to Coins if:

• Coins were obtained through fraud or hacking.

• Coins were transferred or sold to others.

• The account violates community or payment policies.

8. Changes to Coin System

We may add, modify, or discontinue any Coin feature without notice. We will not be liable for any losses due to such changes.
