Respawn Technologies Private Limited operates the Pulse mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Pulse.By using Pulse, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect:
We collect only the information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the App.
A. Account Information
When you create or use a Pulse account, we may collect:
User ID or account identifier
Name and profile photo (if using social login)
Email address (if provided)
Phone number (if used for authentication)
B. Subscription & Payment Information
If you start a free trial or purchase a subscription:
Subscription status
Billing history
Transaction reference IDs
Razorpay payment confirmations

UPI IDs
Bank account numbers
Card details
Payment credentials
All payments (including UPI Autopay mandates) are processed securely by Razorpay.
C. Device & Usage Information

3. Social Login Information
A. Facebook Login
If you sign in using Facebook Login, we may collect:

We do not access or collect your friends list, private messages, or posts.

B. Google Sign-In

A. Gmail Read-Only Access
If granted, Gmail read-only access allows us to:

Store full email content permanently unless required for an enabled feature
B. YouTube Read-Only Access
If granted, YouTube read-only access allows us to:
Access subscription and preference data
Personalize content recommendations
Improve onboarding relevance
We do NOT:
Upload videos
Post comments
Modify your YouTube account
C. Google API Limited Use Compliance
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
We use Google data only to provide or improve user-facing features.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service or comply with law.
You can revoke Google access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

How to Delete Your Account
You may:
Option 1 – In-App (if enabled)
Delete your account from within the App settings.
Option 2 – Email Request

Include your registered email or phone number.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is required by law.
Facebook Data Deletion
You may remove Pulse from your Facebook settings or email us with “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
Google Data Deletion
You may revoke access via your Google Account permissions page and email us with “Google Data Deletion Request”.
10. Children’s Privacy
Pulse subscriptions and paid features are intended for users aged 18 and above.
Users under 18 may use the App only with parental or guardian supervision.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Updates will be posted within the App or website. Continued use of Pulse after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
